LCMS Literacy & Fine Arts Night

Thursday, February 16, 2017

6:00 p.m. in the LCMS Cafeteria

Join us at LCMS for a brief PTO update followed by student performances highlighting literacy and the fine arts!  The evening will include poetry readings and performances by the Band, Chorus, and Step Team.  Refreshments will be served!

See attached press release from Tom Couch and the Bulloch County Commissioners. These road construction projects will affect school traffic to SEB-area schools, Sallie Zetterower Elementary, and Langston Chapel schools.

Bulloch County will begin construction of two intersection improvement projects along the Burkhalter-Langston Chapel Road Corridor, southeast of the Statesboro City Limits (see attached map and concepts, below).  These projects will consist of the installation of single-lane traffic circles (a/k/a roundabouts), beginning as early as February 25, 2017, with estimated completion by mid-August 2017, weather permitting.

LCMS Parents & Students -

Join us to help the victims of recent tornadoes in Georgia!

Jr. Beta, Student Council, and Y-Club will be collecting needed household items for Georgia tornado victims as a part of a relief effort project sponsored by the Sheriff's Department Foundation.

Please join us by donating items such as canned food, bottled water, paper products, or hygiene items.  You can drop these items off in the Media Center by Friday, February 3.

Bulloch County Schools' Gifted Services will be conducted spring testing for program entry. We will receive nominations from teachers, parents of students, students, or peers for any students who meet the specifications for this window of consideration. The window for submitting nominations closes on Friday, January 20, 2017.  For your convenience, an online nomination form is available for LCMS.
